Compactor garbage truck function introduction

1. Compactor garbage truck, also known as post-loading compressed garbage truck, is a new type of sanitation vehicle for collecting, transferring and transporting garbage to avoid secondary pollution. The post-filling device is used to dock with the garbage can or garbage bucket and combine together to form a mobile garbage transfer station to realize pollution-free recycling collection and transportation of one carload and more than one bucket of garbage. It effectively prevents the secondary pollution caused by scattering and flying in the process of collection and transportation.

2. Combined control of gas, electricity and hydraulic pressure. The control system of the vehicle makes comprehensive use of the advantages of electric control, air control and hydraulic control. The electric control system controls the air control system, and the hydraulic valve group is controlled by the air control system, which improves the reliability and efficiency.

3. Advanced electronic control system. PLC (programmable controller) integrated control, control circuit generated in PLC, the use of logic circuit to ensure that the operation instructions in order to execute, at the same time to ensure the interlock between the operation instructions, external only line connection, reduce the incidence of failure, avoid the accident caused by misoperation, improve the reliability;

4. Hydraulic lifting safety loop. A one-way balance valve is provided in the hydraulic system of the lifting loader. The valve not only ensures the smooth descent of the loader, but also cuts off the direct connection between the lifting cylinder and the hydraulic tubing. Even if the tubing bursts, the loader will not fall suddenly, which improves the safety of use.

5. Compressed garbage truck is closed in the process of compression loading and transportation. The sewage tank is installed with a unique sewage valve, reliable sealing, not easy to plug. The optional filling device completely covers the feeding port of the filling device, eliminating the phenomenon of garbage dust flying caused by the air disturbance at the rear of the vehicle during transportation, and making the appearance more beautiful.

How the Compactor Works. The trucks are loaded by sanitation engineers along neighborhood streets. The trash is loaded into a hopper in the back of the truck of rear loaders. Hydraulic cylinders operate the compacting mechanism, which takes the trash out of the hopper and places it into the body of the truck.
